Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

When COVID-19 hit Richmond in March, we made immediate changes to keep our offices, their tenants, clients and our cleaners safe. 

Please note: We absorbed all additional costs. We did not pass down costs to our clients.

  •  Replaced all non CDC and EPA-approved disinfectants with a hospital-grade broad spectrum virucide, bactericide, fungicide and mildewstat that destroys a wide array of Gram-negative & Gram-positive organisms, including COVID-19, Influenza, HIV-1, HIV-2, Hepatitis B & C, Herpes Types 1 & 2,  Rotavirus, Feline Leukemia, and Canine Distemper, Staphyloccus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella choleraesuis, MRSA, E. coli, and Listeria monocytoge
  • Required all cleaning associates to wear personal protective equipment in all properties, including medical-grade masks, gloves, and shoe covers. We also provide full body suits for certain sanitization jobs. 
  • Implemented a disinfection touch point program to ensure sanitization of  commonly used office surfaces that attract germs, including: desks, tables, chairs, phones, computer equipment, door knobs,  light switches, hand railing, elevator buttons, kitchen appliances buttons, toilet/urinal handles, faucet handles, vending machines and trashcans. 
  • Replaced all liquid hand soap with anti-bacterial soap.
